Hello friends!
One of my faithful readers and friends asked me suggestions for stamping Valentines with the kids. So I took some pics of what I had in mind. I prepared some ziplock bags for the girls to give them their materials and get crafty. It's little stamping, only one ink pad per girl, and lots of glue and punching (as able). Less mess ;)
Let's see how it goes!
Here are some pictures. Banners are so IN right now!
You may use whatever shapes you have or punches:
circles, hearts, butterflies, triangles...to make your own banners.
I cut Whisper White CS 3" x 6" and scored and folded at 3" before giving it to girls. Punch or cut your banner items or let the kids do it (depending on their ability). I know my girls love buttons, so I included buttons for them to adhere with gluedots. You could also use jewels. The Pretty in Pink CS is cut to 2 3/4" squares. I will encourage the girls to either stamp only the corner with the sentiment, or stamp wherever. Love much love!
And just for the crafty moms! A little inspiration for Valentine cards made
with the stamp set You are loved
It was different to make a card with one of the Apothecary Labels framelits as a shape.
I chose to adhered it to the largest framelit on Razzleberry Ripple.
Isn't it cute! What are you making for Valentines Day?
Hope to hear from you! Any fun activities with the kids?
I got myself some Valentine children books to read and other crafts with cute stickers.
Im also making 18+ valentines AND 8+ for my girls classes.
Yikes! Lots of work...all in progress.
Have a wonderful weekend...remember to rest and recharge!
Creative Blessings are coming your way,
Jessica U.
