Memory Keeping: On My Mind Journaling Prompt

Do you enjoy memory keeping?

I do.

Is one relaxing way to see all that God is doing in my life and a way to be thankful for all that makes my life so beautiful. Paper Pumpkin kits -you pretty much know by now how I love these stamping kits- bring so much inspiration.

The July 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit's name is On My Mind.

Made me journal about who I have On My Mind lately and who I pray about.

I used the New Alphabet Hand Lettered Prose Dies by Stampin'Up!

This one right here is my Mom. I have been thinking of her lately and praying with all my heart she is simple happy.

I love all I've learn from her through the years, all she has given to me, to us.

Do you have someone "On your mind"? Make a simple layout, add a journal entry or figure a Pocket Page with some of your favorite photos of that person.

Then go ahead and share it with me on my Facebook Group Stamp a Blessing.

I would LOVE to see it.

Have a wonderful weekend. Remember you are loved and you my dear are able.

Jesus is your strong tower and refuge. Do not fear.

DISPLAY TIP

I found a super cool way to display my newest pocket page.

I found these hangers that stick to your wall. Added one of those Binder Clips and voila! Absolutely love displaying it on my way.

How do you display your layouts?

I AM SO THANKFUL YOU ARE HERE TODAY!

Scrapbooking is my Superpower! Day 1

Happy April my dear friends,

Hope you had a beautiful Easter.
I spend time with my family and at church praising His Name. Afterwards I hid for a while from media, phones, the kitchen, LOL! Yes, I woke today to a pile of dishes and loads of laundry...O well!

It was a restful Sunday indeed and I am very grateful.

One of the things that truly say I am relaxed is I get creative with my scrapbooking. I am assuming February was hectic because I scrap NOTHING. :P It was.

I currently follow several scrapbookers on social media. One of them is happy Shimelle. Her layouts are always happy, full of color and simply energize me.

She came up with a 'Random Things' Challenge for the month of April.
Is funny I do NOT own most of the things on the list BUT nevertheless it inspired me to do this page. Thanks Shimelle!

IS A UNICORN!!

So the first on the list was unicorns. Even thou I have little girls unicorns have never been part of our lives. I tend to be very FAR AWAY from everything magic, so I had not even a sticker of an unicorn.

I decided to see this imaginary characters as a symbol of amazement and believing in the incredible SO I CREATED MY OWN.

I used some of my punches and framelits to create a cute little unicorn!

My girls said it was a lamb at first....haha!

It has a wing, a horn and pretty flowy hair. IS A UNICORN!!

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I enjoyed making this layout.

#scrapbookingismysuperpower

I used some Memories and More cards from the Sale-a-bration 2018

Pretty designer series paper and my imagination!

I made my first entry for this cool challenge (see list below)

and entered on Instagram with the hashtag

The Story

There is a story behind these photos. My girlies shine bright everywhere they go with such different talents and personalities. I am amazed by them and to see Christ shine in them.

As is my custom I hid my journaling behind one of the photos.

I LOVE doing that. I left a note for them there!

You can see a list of everything I used for this layout below.

Let's see what else from this list I can actually created! :)
