It has definitely been a blessed month, this September.

And is not done yet.

Besides having a gazillion events and the start of a wonderful school year,

Project Life: A Special Gift for a Bride-to-be

I have been little by little creating with Project Life pages this year and I am very happy with the results.
One of my projects back in May was making a journal-like album for a sweet friend. 

She hosted a powerful conference for women under the theme The Bride of Christ.
Project Life 'Love Story' cards went perfectly with it.
It has plenty of space for her to write her journaling and also add pictures of the event if she would like. 

This could be a very meaningful gift for a bride-to-be.

I have gumption!

There is one thing I have that not everyone does and for that I am grateful. Gee! I called it GUTS! 

One amazing friend gave me the proper word, gumption. Hehe! Check it out!

I am very passionate about my calling. I have many hats to wear, and every time I change hats I place the new one with the same intensity and determination I wore the last one. 

I am a daughter of the King of Kings, a wife, mom, homeschooling teacher, minister of the Word, prophet, artist and business owner. Never thought I would be where I am, but surely grateful I am still moving forward and whatever I engage in I know I will succeed. Yeap, I told you I have gutson; combine with faith and His mercy -which carries me through when my strength is not enough.

This is why, I am moving forward. I will still love, even when not loved back. I will still forgive those who offend. I will celebrate others even if I'm not being celebrated. Believers live to love and are called to live lives that resonate. Lives full of ingenuity, creativity and wisdom. Letting HIS light be displayed through my weaknesses so HIS power is made perfect.


I'm walking a different road I know. And today, I just had to share.

Welcome to my online home…welcome to my corner where I mostly share my art, and sometimes my heart. I will encourage you to be inspired but please don't just stay there. Be inspired to make a difference with what you do. It is needed. It is imperative, that some stand their ground and actually shine.

I am so excited to show you this creation today! I made it for my pastor's anniversary a few months back and totally forgot to post it. :) I think today is the perfect day.

Bridal Showers are coming!

Peeking in quickly to show you what I just made. A sweet friend is having a bridal shower today and her colors inspire me indeed. Can't wait to make her Wedding card...but as for now, here is this one.

Viniendo rapidito por aqui a ensenarles la tarjetita que hice. Una amiga muy linda tiene su fiesta de novia (despedida de soltera) hoy y sus colores me inspiraron. No me agunto poder hacerle su tarjetita de bodas. Mas por el momento le comparto esta.

 

I love using my Big Shot for most my projects since it makes things soo easy. And right now at SUO challenge they are having an Anything Sizzix Challenge, so I entered this card. If you wish visit their site HERE! and enjoy the beauties you can create with a Big Shot!

 I also entered this card in the wonderful new challenge FUSION #4 were we are to follow either the sketch or the inspiration picture...I think I have a little of both. Love the mixing of the colors with black and it worked perfectly. Also, in JUST ADD INK #163 one of my favorite challenges to go for inspiration they have an ADD A FUN BACKGROUND challenge. Im in love still with this doily stamp...what best than using it for a different background. Go take a ride to any of these challenges and you will be amazed by their talent.

Y entre este arte tambien en el reto#163 JUST ADD INK donde tenemos que ANADIR UN FONDO INTERESANTE. Me encanta este sello del doily, que mejor que crear fondos con el. New Cool idea with Stampin'UP! Designer Stamp Set- Happy Anniversary

Good morning!
Oooh, so excited to share this cool idea. In the "Get Inspired" blog they through a challenge using the Designer Typeset. Long story short I got so creative with my stamps I forgot the challenge was a COLOR challenge. Oops! Needless to say I did not enter the challenge. Lol! Forgot the colors. But check this out!

Uuuuh, tan emocionada de compartirles esta idea. En el blog "Get Inspired"tiraron un reto usando el set de sellos Designer Typeset. Larga historia corta, me puese tan creativa que se me olvido que era un reto de COLORES. Ups! Ni decirle que jamas entre mi muestra al reto. Que risa! Se me olvido usar esos colores. Mas mire con lo que sali!

I used the conversation bubble as the body for my birdies and one of the "arrow" designs

as the head. The x is for the eye. All included in the new Designer Typeset stamp set, the first
