Project 1: Create some Bible Bookmarks

To create these I used the wonderful card bases that came in the EXPLORING IN COLORS PAPER PUMPKIN KITS. Since they have a design in the front and back we were able to cut 4 strips of 2" x 5 1/2" to create bookmarks. I used some of my Tag topper punches from Stampin'Up! and proceeded to embellish with the In Colors 2023-2025 Designer Series Paper, the Petal Park Stamp set and punch and some cute dies. Check all materials below ir use what you have! The sentiments came from my favorite "Courage & Faith" stamp set.

Project 2: Make a Corner Fold Card!

A while ago I shared this fold (here and here) and I realized it goes so great with these card bases. They have a cute design in the front and back.

All you need is a strip of 1" x 5 1/2" scored in the center at 1/2".

Score your card base at 2 1/8", 4 1/4" and 6 3/8" (or 2 1/8" scoring from the other side) Fold and adhere as shown below or in my tutorial.

I love how these cards stand to reming your loved ones His love and blessings! They may be placed in a mantle, table or desk!

A Word of Life.

Praise counteracts frustration.

As I prayed and shared some frustrations with the Lord He was so faithful to remind me there is no frustration in heaven. Has this ever occurred to you?

There is no frustration in heaven. There is joy, there is victory, there is peace. But no frustration nor confusion. He then encouraged me through His Word in Psalm 100:4 to praise. "Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise."

What is frustrating you? Make a choice today to praise His Name. Praise and frustration do NOT happen together. Give it a try. He inhabits the praises of His people. He has victory in store for you. Simply humble before Jesus, He will do the rest.

In my streaming I brought a word on Psalm 100 that blessed me greatly. I hope this passage lifts you up as well.
