You are His Canvas | Crafting with You Stampin'Up!

Crafting with You by Stampin'Up!

While crafting together with some of my friends in my Blessed Stampers Team this afternoon one of the ideas shared brought to remembrance one of the special words I received from the Lord this week. I cried when I heard it. I know still so little about His purposes in my life. So little.

Still in His immense love for me He spoke to me this week during worship. I was simply singing, worshiping, kneeling down before Him realizing "I don't want anyone else, I don't want anything else. He is my All and all." Do you ever have moments where you get lost simply encountering the Amazing God we serve? This morning I did.

And He "interrupted" my time of worship to speak to me. He said, "You are my canvas. Do you want to be my canvas? I am preparing the brushes. I am dipping them in color. Do you want to be my canvas?

I am ready to paint a picture in your life that is beyond your wildest imaginations. Others will see my paint in you and glorify my Name.

Do you want to be my canvas?"

To this I humbly said yes. I am entering a season of believing without seeing and though I know there is a wind of changes coming, I am praying for faith to walk with the courage I need.

Lord, I will follow You wholeheartedly.

This coming Monday June 12th I have been invited by Holy Spirit to enter a 3-week ministry school intensive. I have to assure you this caught me by surprise. I have been meticulously planning my "stay-at-home" summer for quiet some time and desired to go nowhere. But here I am believing God has something MORE in store for me.

When we were crafting Bobbi showed one of the cards (bottom right) she brought to inspire us all and I SAW the canvas. I got out my Crafting with You bundle and made this card. It was such a blessing to be reminded of such a calling. Paint in me, Oh Lord, your ways, your thoughts and imaginations.

I trust You.

MEASUREMENTS:

White card base:

8 1/2"x 5 1/2" scored and folded at 4 1/4"

Black layer: 4" x 5 1/4"

4 strips of In Colors 3 3/4" x 1 1/4"

Boho Blue, Wild Wheat, Moody Mauve,

Pebbled Path

Die cut a canvas in Black, then die cut only the top part of one of the Paper Pumpkin Add-On Exploring In Color cards. Trim a bit on all sides and adhere with dimensionals.
