Good morning my friends,
I am on my way to celebrate Christmas with my family and I cannot wait.
I am praying for a time of celebration and also rest. I am praying for focus and vision for the new year.
I am praying for a bit of a plan…so many times Jesus gives you a dream but no blueprints. :0)
Is by faith I know.
This is sadly my last post with my Technique Twist Challenge but I have enjoyed a wonderful season of trying new things and twisting techniques a bit. It's been wonderful and for that I am very grateful.
Thanks to my stamping friends Julz, Lauri, Pam and Leena at Technique Twist for inspiring to create beauty and add a bit of fun too. It's been a joy and I truly hope to come back soon.
These weeks technique is Faux Tile…and mine came with a twist. I'm always looking for a way to do techniques simpler. I am a mom of 3, I homeschool and I get involved in other church and community events too…sooo if something takes too long to do it takes my joy of creating away. I love trying a ton of things but lately if is simple I like it better. Are you with me?
What did I do?….love the results by the way. Easy peesy tiles.
1. Take a pen (I used a black sharpie) and divide your piece of CS with a ruler making lines.
2. Use a Blender Pen to go thru each line to give a bit of depth.
3. Stamp your images (Snowflake Soiree)
4. Cover the cardstock TOTALLY in versamark and emboss using Iridescent Embossing Powder.

Hope the pictures help! :)
I will try to post here and there but these days I will be focusing for sure in my God (we celebrate CHRISTmas intentionally:), my family and listening. Would love to hear from you, how are you preparing for your festivities? If you want more details on this technique leave me a comment, hope the pictures help. :) Life is hectic…but God is always good.
Go check Technique Twist today! Is fun and I have learn soo much!
Creative Blessings and Merry Christmas!!
