Hope you had an awesome Thanksgiving time with family and/or friends. I spent my evening with a wonderful couple from our new church. We are soo blessed to have met them...they treated us like royalty and made yummy food for me, my DH and kids. The Lord always provides good friends for us so far away from 'home'.
Today, I am super happy to share some Christmas projects I made for my two favorite challenges.
First I'l show you My Pumpkin Challenge entry for the Celebrate Christmas with My Paper Pumpkin challenge.
I made an ornament with the supplies in November's My Paper pumpkin kit.
I'l come back to let you know a few more details ;)
We are called to use our Paper Pumpkin kits to create Christmas projects. You NEED to go to the site and check what our designers created...so excited to welcome our new team member today, Cathy Caines! Yay! Let her projects bless and inspire you as much as it does to me.
Now at Technique Twist Challenge we are hosting
a new technique for me I really liked.
Double Stamping
Below you see what it should look like and you will see a nice tutorial there of the basic idea.
Is easy! Take a peek at what Pam, Leena, Lauri and Julz created for you today. So exciting!
I twisted it by using wash tape to give me the illusion of stamping in between my background.
It was fun and easy! I need to use more my Washi Tape!
So which one you liked best? Are you already decorating for Christmas, making fun desserts, or decking the halls? Here, I have only a few little things up. We finally placed all my art frames on the walls yesterday and my new house is feeling more and more like a home. My Christmas decor will need to wait a teeny tiny bit more. But no worries, I'l be with my mama for Christmas and she is full-blown decorating her house for the kids (and me!). Yipee!
Creative Blessings!
