Pocket album

Tons of pictures today!! Hope you get inspired to make this cute mini pocket album. You will only need a 10" x 5" piece of cardstock. Score it 1-1/4" from the bottom edge and fold it to create the pocket. Then score and fold lengthwise at 2 1/2" intervals and embellish as desired. Here I used one of my faves AVIARY, EVERY MOMENT, Small Script (retired) and Warm Words (retired). You could replaced this one with SHORT & SWEET. I also used the stamping wheel DOTTED LINES for the journaling tag and the following punches: SCALLOP CIRCLE, WORD WINDOW and ROUND TAB. Cute by the Inch

CUTE BY THE INCH called my attention this week. Is such a versatile stamp set. I am in the fall mood so owls are very precious to me right now. During fall we will celebrate so many important people in our lives giving thanks for them and cherishing them so why not make a few cards to express our love? 'Owl' right!!

Everything is all right... It is well, it is well with my Lord!! Certainly the creative bug bit me cause this week I've been creating and getting my juices flowing like never before. Ha!! Here I share a little bag I learned from a fellow demo online. I found it through Youtube and thought it was perfect for my guest this weekend. I made one for my friend Janell in Real Red since she loves red and put some yummy Jolly Ranchers inside. Find the tutorial under Blessing Mix Box in Youtube or send me your email and Il email it to you. Is real easy and you only need a piece of 8 1/2" x 11" designer paper.

Watercoloring Joy!!

Ok!! So, I've been thinking of trying this technique for a loong time. Today was the day and thou is late I can't wait to post it and share it with you my friends. Hope you like it!! I used the SU aqua painters and ink pads in colors Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze. I added little dry embossing using my Big Shot and the square lattice folder. Voala! I'm so excited with the results. Take a look at it and try it. Would love to see what you come up with. Btw, the stamp set here is the beautiful FAST AND FABULOUS, one of the hostess sets. Thinking of You

Hello dear! I've been thinking of my friends from Yakima. One of them is coming this week to visit. How exciting! Last week I received my box from Stampin Up and quickly created this card with my new HOSTESS SET SILHOUETTE SENTIMENTS. It is so sweet. Is also my first try with the color cardstock Tempting Turquoise. I combined it with Basic Gray and Rich Razzleberry for a beautiful mix. Hope you like it!
