SUNNIEST STORIES KIT COLLECTION

"If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way."

-Martin Luther King Jr.

"Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord,  always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ." Ephesians 5:19b-20

Today I found some time to create with the beautiful Sunniest Stories Scrapbook Kit.

It is a sure way to bring to memory good moments you are grateful about. Here is one of those special moments with my oldest daughter on her graduation day from ministry school.

She worked hard, served wholeheartedly, learned and grew lots in life, speech and godliness. I am so proud of the woman she is and of Christ forming in her. It was indeed a day to celebrate and a memory I want to remember. She partnered with God and He never failed. There is more to come.

So proud of my girl.

Tip: Sometimes all it takes is to have the product/kit you want to use on the table waiting for you. When I got there, my photos were already printed, I sat and got it done. So happy with how it turned out.

What are you using this week?

This was one of the three cards I made on Monday with this beautiful project kit. Create what you want with what you have.

"If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way."

This quote reminds me to continue moving forward even if all I can do seems small. Do whatever He called you to do the best you can in this season. The One who makes great things is God, trust the process. He is working!

Sunniest Stories Kit Collection by Stampin'Up!

 Give the Gift of Creativity

Another day to explore  easy ways to create and make life beautiful around us. If others don't make your life beautiful, be intentional. Make your own life beautiful with small choices. God's  goodness pursues you, let Him catch up with you.

Life comes with troubles. Most days we encounter valleys, those low places in life we truly don't like to be in.

I am so grateful Jesus has chosen to be with me and you in the valleys of life. Still, we look forward to the 'sunny days' and memorable stories where we see God's goodness.  THIS IS WHY I love scrapbooking. Is my attempt to find the beauty in the midst of the difficult times and challenges. It allows me to rest in knowing He creates pockets of grace for me to abide In Him and behold His beauty.

* My oldest daughter recently graduated from a two year degree in ministry school. It was not an easy accomplishment for her and seeing these photos and celebrating this moment reminds me He is faithful and will continue to be.

Using the kit my own way makes this so much more fun. This kit allows you to do that.

I don't feel I am done with these two layouts. But this is how the process started. I will add journaling and some more details. It is part of how I create. No rush. No hurry. Just enjoy the journey.

I invite you to explore this with the Sunniest Stories Kit Collection Scrapbooking Kit from Stampin'Up! to do this. He is great, He gives us moments of 'glory' where we experience the mountain tops. For those moments I am grateful. But even more grateful that Jesus chooses to walk with me through the valleys. He never leaves us. (Psalm 23).

I am excited to share it with you and pray you leave encouraged, strengthen and with HOPE!

Brighter days are coming! Check the song I shared during my Monday livestream here.

I truly enjoy these times with friends online.

GIVE THE GIFT OF CREATIVITY is an invitation to try out the kits I love using so much and that make life and creativity easier for me. It is a clean slate, a starting point. Great as well to gift to others for birthdays, celebrations, retirement, anniversaries, and many other occasions.

You can purchase it in my store here.

Count you blessings today even in the valleys.

Joy comes in the morning. Our hope is in Jesus!

Thanks for joining me today.

If you wish to craft with worship music in the background check this worship leader in YouTube. I was listening and worshipping while preparing this blog post today. What a blessing Andrew Chong is. I do not know him personally, I just found his music so beautiful.

Memory Keeping with Cards | Fluttering Garden Paper Pumpkin

Who said cardmakers can't do memory keeping layouts?

Today I am sharing a fun and easy way to use your completed cards in your albums. Both as a display of beauty as much as a journaling place.

Mother's Day photos.

I want to be INTENTIONAL in my memory keeping and remember what is good and lead my heart toward gratitude instead of regret. My Mom moved to heaven about 2 years ago. I know I miss her, even MORE than usual on Mother's Day. Still, I want to fix my eyes on the Lord and give thanks for the moments we lived together and for the ones I know live with my own children.

This week I made this two-page layout using cards I made with the March 2026 Paper Pumpkin Kit Fluttering Garden to embellish and journal into. It is the perfect hiding spot.

Hope to inspire you to create with what you have at hand. Thanks for visiting my blog and staying in touch.

SIMPLICITY

I long for the simple things.

This card is simple.

Life at times feels so complicated. STILL there is the invitation from our Savior to simplicity.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30

Don’t be led astray from the simplicity of the gospel. (1 Cor. 11:3)
