Occasions Catalog: Big on You

Did you know I truly love this company, Stampin'Up!
I am enjoying every minute of it.
I received a letter format he Co-Founder and CEO this week acknowledging I've been part of the company for 5 years and thanking me for my hard work.
That was really sweet. I've learned so much I feel I should be the one giving thanks indeed.

I like this stamp set a lot…it shows my heart BIG! Every sentiment is wonderful. Check it out below. These were part of a swap with the exception of the circles one.

Absolutely love this sentiment. I can see it in a future Project Life page. :)

Got this one at my business group swap. So fun and happy!

Made and posted this one here not long ago.
I followed a YouTube video on thatcool technique called Bokeh. If you google it,
I cased the same card in different colors. Love it!

Super cute colors and gotta love the bow! Also from a swap.

If you well remember I made this one, for the swap. I made a bunch of the same card.
I loved envy single one. :)

And these are all the sentiments on it. SUPER! And they are all big…
wonder WHY is called Big On You.

Getting creative with 'Sew You' Paper Pumpkin

Good day everyone,
Today is my day to share with you a bit of inspiration with My Paper Pumpkin kits.
This kit has been a very cute one…and it was easy to come up with different ideas too.
I am enjoying these cute stamps and the collection of hem that I am creating. Wao!
Here one of the projects we made at my Paper Pumpkin with a Twist class a few weeks ago. My sweet friends loved this one. I used the Envelope Punch tool and Coastal Cabana Cardstock.
That cute bow comes from the Bow Punch in Hello Honey CS. The yarn…yes! You guessed it! From one of the past kits.

I am sure many of my quilting friends will love this card!

What have you made with this Sew You kit? Share with us at My Pumpkin Challenge!
We would love to see what you are creating.
Check what my friends made today and be inspired!

Stampin'UP! Retiring?

A sweet young girlfriend turned 13 last week and I prepared this cute ensemble for her. I always loved this cute Sweety Pie stamp set and thou retired knew I will forever keep. I also used the Sweety Pie Frames. Here are some of my forever favorite products. The Scallop Square Bigz Die, the soon to be retired Modern Label Punch and more!
Read to the end….or jump below. Don't miss the HOT-OFF-THE-PRESS  news!

I cut a Square Scallop in Calypso Coral, a card base 4" x 8" and a top layer 3 3/4"
The 2 1/2" circle punch and the scallop circle format he Circles Framelit completed this look.  This is also one of my go-to layouts. I've done many cards "like this" through the years and always love them. I assume is retired product day. And it is!

I used my Envelope Punch Board to make the coordinating envelope with the
Best Day Ever Designer Series Paper. You can still get this beautiful paper free when your order any of the Butterfly Basics Bundles. If you get only the framelits those are at 15% off. Check it out here!

My inside (Coastal Cabana) is stamped with my Paper Pumpkin "Happy Birthday"
lovely stamp in Calypso Coral.

I completed this set with a cute Milk Box embellished with the Artisan Embellishments kit.
She deserved every bit of it. Love this sweet godly tween. She is precious to my heart.

As I enjoy using some of my retired products I can't stop but think of the news below.

Memory Keeping My Way: You Make me Smile

Hello my dear friends,

I had a relaxing weekend. I am so thankful for laughter. For some reason I just laughed so loud this weekend. Either a movie my husband rented for me, or a joke he made, or a funny text. I simply laughed and that is a blessing I am thankful about.

Let me who you a page a finished this Saturday inspired by the Case File #161 at CSI: Color Stories Inspiration and Stuck Sketches I find such beautiful inspiration in this site. Check it out. If you thought traditional scrapbooking is out…think again. These amazing crafters bring this art to the next level.

This cute transparency came from the newest Project life X Stampin'Up! Card Collection:
I then stamped "Smile" from So You Stamp set with StazOn.

My Scheme is all the colors plus black as a neutral.
My Evidence is stars (many stars) and metal…did you find the metal star clip.
My testimony was documenting a journey.

Thank you also to Stuck?! Sketches Challenge from April 15th, for they inspired me with this wonderful sketch. I have been truly enjoying these websites.
Thanks again for the inspiration.

Here are some close-ups.I truly ENJOY making this page. Seeing the smiles of each of my children and bringing to memory such a wonderful journey together.
On Film Framelits helped with the Polaroid behind my photo on the top right and the film die cut on the bottom left. Cute stars card came from the Seasonal Snapshot Project Life Card Collection.

All my products are Stampin'Up! I couldn't find a proper place for my journaling so I used a piece of DSP and hid it behind one of the layers. Stamps from the Let's Get Away set.

My white background DSP is the Irresistible Specialty Designer Series Paper.
It was free during Sale-a-bration and I loved it. It has a neat glossy finish you can sponge or more but I decided to leave it white this time. (I think there is a way you can still get it still). My wooden stars and metal star clip came form the Horray It's Your Day Cards Kit. Absolutely a must.

This is just the beginning of a series of Project Life pages made this last week. I will show you those in another post. i truly like memory keeping. It helps me to see how blessed I am.

Thanks for stopping by. You are my blessing.

Sew You Paper Pumpkin

Today I am showing you one of the samples I made with the newest kit of Paper Pumpkin. Absolutely love it! I love how many cool stamps I have now through Paper Pumpkin. Look at how versatile these are.

With this kit we got several sentiments (for thanks, happy birthday, I like you and you are invited) but we also got some small different ones (a diamond, a little star and a triangle). Need ideas?

If you wish to see other of my ideas with My Paper Pumpkin click here!
For this card I used the triangle to make a little flower and the "star" like shape to make the center. Then I made a banner with the same triangle, and a cute background on the bottom with the "star".

I made another card (below) and
on the inside I created a simple butterfly with the same stamps.

Wondering what is the stem for my flowers? It is half of the bubble stamp. :)
Clever eh?! That's the fun of playing with stamps.
My ribbon was part of a previous kit. :)

I get so inspired by My Pumpkin Challenge! Check out more Paper Pumpkin inspiration there today. Go to www.MyPaperPumpkin.blogspot.com

I used the Basics Butterflies Framelits (soon to be available!)

Here it is!
Thanks for visiting my blog today. Love sharing My Paper Pumpkin with you.

God gave me mentors and friends that are purely amazing. :)

Stamp set: Moon Lake
Very Vanilla & Basic Black Cardstock

Stamp set: Moon Lake
Pistachip Pudding & Lost lagoon Cardstock

Having so many beautiful things to show you this week.
On a separate note….
I've been motivated to do different things besides stamping. One of them returning to my love for cooking international dishes. Yes, I cook! My hubby loves asian food. Really! And in the journey to become one, now I am the one craving Thai food, Indian and more. So here one of the dishes I made, Sweet Chilli Chicken. Absolutely yummy!

I also made some easy and pretty cute embellishments for my girlies bead boxes.
Is hard to identify whose is whose solo…I used some already cut frames and flowers and let them pick. Gotta love the flowers above, My friend Karen G got me making these a few days ago and now I'm hooked. So easy but so pretty.

Have a fabulous day and may God's goodness follows you wherever you go.
Set you mind on things above.
