My friend and Stampin'Up! Demonstrator Glen Ann Huneke gave me the wonderful idea of documenting some stories I share with the people in my scrappages...so here I share something I share only with my friend Janell. I plan to print this as a Swatchbook...so Im filling a Swatchbook with some of my friends pictures. Janell is the first. :)

I was inspired my Digital Scrapbooking Days when on Monday they present the Modern Medley overlays (goodness! I love those) and the Be brave Pocket Cards download! Eeek! That was yesterday. Heather Summers made a lovely page using a chalkstyle...love making these pages in black. :)

Notes from My Paper Pumpkin

Hello my Paper Pumpkin friends,

I always like to bring you some inspiration with these awesome kits on Wednesdays. So here I am with a very simple project made with a card base (from the Seriously kit) cut in half and filled with copy paper. How many times I just need a small piece of paper in my purse and I find nothing!! :P

I used the Jots and Dots Stamp set from the Trial My Paper Pumpkin kit. The bubble came with the Seriously kit and the dotted background with the Party Pennants kit. The Whisper White Baker's Twine came with the Wahoo Kit. Yay! I love mixing them up. Have you already try My Paper Pumpkin kits. Check them out, they are the perfect creative outlet for new and any crafters at all. :)

To keep my notes in place I used the arrow clip that came with the The Good Life kit...and the "Notes" and "To do" stamps are from the new one Memo Medley! MDS Moments Ago Challenge

It is a beautiful week indeed. For some reason (maybe cause I've been working like crazy to put house in order), I'm starting to find a bit more time to sit and create on MDS. Perfect timing since these are the Days of Scrapbooking at www.mydigitalstudio.net Only through Nov 1-8th.

I am making pages little by little of each my 3 children. I plan to print them before November 30% as individual pages as I plan to keep adding to these albums as I create. I'm enjoying Hello There for my sweet girl here. For my baby I'm using Sent with Love...and for my oldest beauty I'm still in the search for the perfect Designer Kit. Seems to me I have done more paper ones for her. You will see some more MDS thou!

This was a great day we will forever remember. We celebrated our 3 kids birthdays together with our Texas family. It was an amzing event of love. Thanks to you'll! We miss you tons.

My Digital Studio Best Year Photobook

Stampin'Up! is celebrating Scrapbooking Days this week (Nov 1-8) and is so sweet! I got this new download on discount last Friday...is called The Best Year Photobook and I'm loving it!! So easy to create with it cause the templates come already fixed for you to place your pictures and text. Yipee!

I personalized my page changing a couple of things....everything coordinates and is separated by month. I can't wait to record all the best moments of this year. Through it all the Lord sustained us and it is good to see and focus in His blessings!

I loved these days in September! My friend Kasi (from TX) came to visit for the weekend. We visited the Liberty Bell, Benjamin Franklin's Court, downtown Philly and the Philadelphia Zoo. This was the hightlight for me...Oh my! and I just remember I forgot to journal something on this page. (I'l go back to edit and add it).

My oldest daughter said something lovely at the end of the day leaving the zoo. She said, "This is the best day ever! When is the best day ever? TODAY!" :) That was my best time indeed hearing her say that. Priceless.

TechniqueTwist: Inlaid Embossing

Hello! Im so excited to share this awesome technique with you this week. Technique Twist Challenge blog is celebrating Inlaid Embossing. My twist was inlaid embossing my leaves into vellum.

I adhered my die-cut leaves to the vellum and then embossed with the Woodgrain EF and my Big Shot. 

I proceeded to adhere that piece to a piece of Crumb Cake DSP. Last I embellished a bit. :)

Hope you get inspired by the simple technique of Inlaid Embossing. Il show you other Inlaid Embossing samples this week. When you start it is hard to stop. :)

My Pumpkin Challenge: Gifts

Hi there!

Oh my, I am indeed on a roll this week posting. I am so excited to share that I reached my sales goals of October!! Thank you so very much to all my friends who purchase their products from my store. It is so encouraging and such a blessing I just want to HUG you all BIG!!

Today starts a new challenge at My Pumpkin Challenge! Are you enjoying your kits. Leave me a comment below saying yeah! I love every one of them and the fun of mixing them together.
The new one really inspired me to start making little gifts. I had this idea the other day! Who wouldn't like having a little set like this in her Bible or purse. Im always looking for notes myself...make them pretty!

Little rhinestones to add some bling!

I used one of the Hung Up Cute clips...we had ones before with My Paper Pumpkin...the arrows.

Notes are 3 1/2" x 6"

I embellished with the new Pansy Punch and the 3/4" circle punch

All stamps used are My Paper Pumpkin

5/8" Organza Ribbon Whisper White

I made this envelope with the Epic Day This and That DSP and the new Envelope Punch Board. 

Cut DSP at 8 1/4" x 8 1/4" and it gives you exactly where to cut and score for a 4 x 6 envelope. :)

Wahoo Inspiration with FabFriday Challenge #29

So I only had one more card base left from the Wahoo My Paper Pumpkin kit and this time I decided to not use the circles in front, so I just turned my front to back and added some DSP from another past kit (the one with the mini-album). Wahoo brought cute chevrons cut outs with it and now Im in love with those and want to get the Chevron Border Punch for me!!

Bueno, solo me quedaba una base de las tarjetas que vinieron con My Paper Pumpkin kit de septiembre asi que decidi usar la parte de atras (no la que tiene los círculos) y papel de otro de los kits. :) Wahoo vino con unos chevrons bien chulos pero ya se me acabaron asi que use lo que me sobro. Ahora me quiero comprar el ponchador de chevrones...chispas!





Well I had none left so I used what i had, the empty cut out. is good to be frugal. hehe!
What do you think? I love these colors together...and I took a pic of the inside too!

I used the Quatrefancy Suite....love the colors and this new stamp on my stash...Feel Goods!

On the back I used the flower from Floral Frames Framelits. Pretty eh! My daughters also made some!
