You've Got This by Stampin'Up!

I totally wish I have more hours on a week to make small kits like these.

At times I am able and I do.

This was for a sweet lady God put in my heart a few weeks ago.

She had a serious surgery and thank God all is well.

I used the You've Got This stamp set and my newest punch the Ornate Tag Punch.

Colors are Crumb Cake, Whisper White and Basic Black.

On the bottom left I made a different color set for a class.
Perfect Plum and Blackberry Bliss.

Which one is your favorite?

I added card, bookmark ( as a tag) and some yummy chocolate inside. I also brought some hot chocolate. I am considering making more of this as a way of loving people.

I prayed it blessed her heart.

Ideas with my Paper Pumpkin box…a gift!

In what I do, I always pray and seek to do well not only in teaching, inspiring and developing relationships but also in my giving.

I prayed for who to give a gift last month and the Lord put a couple in my heart.

Hope they get to use these and bless as many they can. They work extremely hard serving our community and I know God sees all their work and love.

Here the box that encases 15 cards. Yes 15!
I made 5 of the ones I posted last Friday.

5 Get Well Soup, see below,

and 5 Birthday cards -will post tomorrow-. ;)

I really like this card. The Get Well Soup stamp set is so valuable.
Every time I need a get better card I don't have it available.
So happy to share!

Paper Piecing is Fun!

Here in the process. You can see I stamped the soup twice, then cut and glued. This is called Paper Piecing. You stamp your image on your top layer and also on Designer Series Paper (DSP). The cut that DSP and adhere to the top layer. :)

Bow Bigz Die
My bow was made with the Bow die. The picture above shows you how much you need. I cut 2 small bows and 4 large bow sides. Adhered with tombow glue (love it!)
Then add the legs. Last but not least adhere the Vintage Button with glue dots.

Below is what I did to create my box from one of my Paper Pumpkin boxes. I used my masks, White Craft ink and sponges to make the white dots.

I will show you the insides of this box and other cards too here soon!

Are you ready? Get Well!

This week is the last week to sign for my exciting Stamp a Blessing retreat!

Join the conversation below or on Facebook!

What gets you moving in the morning?

What is your motivation?

My motivation is loving people.

My motivation is growth.

Check out some of the cards we made in our last Monthly Cool Cards Class.

This card has so many cute details going on.

Blushing Bride and Blackberry Bliss colors

Cute Curvy Corner Trio punch on two corners
Few hearts from the Heart Confetti Punch
a bit of fuzzy cutting…voala!

But THIS ONE is my favorite!
The tissue box inside.

A little help for a friend in need.
Wanna know how we did that? Easy!

*Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper at 6" x 3"

*Then score on the horizontal at 1 1/2", 3" and  4 1/2"

*Fold and rehearse positioning it inside your card till you can see which side is the top.

*Go in the middle with a 3/4" circle punch and punch a circle from both sides. So two circles.

*Trim with scissors.

*Glue bottom and side of tissue box to your card.

*Done! Now add half a half of one-ply tissue papers. :)

#NOSLACKINGWEEK
I am keeping motivated encouraging myself in the Word of God.
You can read some of my fave quotes on yesterday's post.

I am also reading this book titled Crazy Love.
I told you I want to grow…I want to grow in loving others.

This book so far is awesome. Check his out!

"God's art speaks of Himself, reflecting who He is and what he is like."

"This is why we are called to worship Him. His art, His handiwork, and His creation all echo the truth that he is glorious."

"The point of your life is to point to Him"

Wao…love that one! I want the point of my life to be, pointing to Him.

I am not afraid. I am in love with Christ.
Doing everything for HIm.

Creative Blessings,

Jessica Urrutia
