How Many Cards can you make with One Kit?

I have never tried to make many cards with one kit. This time I realized the new Paper Pumpkin kit is able to create about 30 cards OR MORE if you have some cardstock at hand and maybe a little twine or ribbon! 

I decided to explore some possibilities and opened my kit and got to play with it. Yes, play (not work!)

In today's video tutorial you will see me opening this lovely kit and try three different ways to add a background to the lovely hearts that come inside. There are so many possibilities with this kit. 

Make Space for Friends

The kit is perfect as it is! I just decided to create a fun challenge to #makefriends Honestly, have you ever felt not welcome at a new place? I have. It feels weird and lonely. We all wish to meet new friends who "get us" a little, people to laugh together or simply spend some time chatting. Use this kit to show yourself a friend. 

Three Tips to create your card bases.

Tip #1: Dry Emboss it

Loved using these two embossing folders. 

Painted Texture and Pretty Flowers Embossing Folders.

Tip #2: Use a Background Stamp + Stamparatus

I used Flirty Flaming Ink on Flirty Flamingo Cardstock with the Wild Roses Cling Stamp set and the Stamparatus. Easy to make and repeat!

Tip #3: Use Designer Series Paper

For this particular card cut the paper at 5 1/4" x 4", then cut a slit sideways at 2 5/8" from the edge till 2" right to left. Proceed to fold as shown and adhere the corners under with Stampin' Dimensionals.

To make my arrow longer I cut in half and adhered under the hearts.

Both hearts are lifted up with Stampin' Dimensionals.
