Super quick update from overseas and thinking of each of you as I write this. Our plans were changed as we arrived to visit my In-Laws mid-December to celebrate Christmas. To make our (crazy convoluting) story short, I will share that short after arriving we all got sick, got tested for Covid and were given a positive report for all my children and I. Wonder who took care of all of them consistently?
Christmas plans were cancelled and I spent a cozy simple Christmas eve with just my hubby and kids on the second floor of my Mother in Love's home. They have been extra attentive, keeping us well fed and taking care of every need. Sisters in Love showered us with snacks and more as well and my children received Christmas gifts they are so thankful about.
I am GREATful all of them recovered well and at this point none have symptoms at all, including myself. We will continue to be in isolation as per CDC guidelines before traveling back home hopefully next week. Omicron apparently IS very contagious. Vaccinated Mom's opinion here. I am GREATful for the days we got to spend together enjoying the beach BEFORE sickness stroke. I am GREATful we are surrounded by love even when obligated to slow down and be still. Yes GREAtful and Grateful...He fills my cup day after day.

I have moved many times in my lifetime, maybe more than 10 for sure. We moved homes, states, jobs, churches, friends... not easy. each time though I can testify as today His goodness followed me into every new place, every new church, every new home. I pray His goodness follows you and me into this next year 2022.
