Scrapbooking is my Superpower! Day 1

Happy April my dear friends,

Hope you had a beautiful Easter.
I spend time with my family and at church praising His Name. Afterwards I hid for a while from media, phones, the kitchen, LOL! Yes, I woke today to a pile of dishes and loads of laundry...O well!

It was a restful Sunday indeed and I am very grateful.

One of the things that truly say I am relaxed is I get creative with my scrapbooking. I am assuming February was hectic because I scrap NOTHING. :P It was.


I currently follow several scrapbookers on social media. One of them is happy Shimelle. Her layouts are always happy, full of color and simply energize me.

She came up with a 'Random Things' Challenge for the month of April.
Is funny I do NOT own most of the things on the list BUT nevertheless it inspired me to do this page. Thanks Shimelle!

IS A UNICORN!! 

So the first on the list was unicorns. Even thou I have little girls unicorns have never been part of our lives. I tend to be very FAR AWAY from everything magic, so I had not even a sticker of an unicorn.

I decided to see this imaginary characters as a symbol of amazement and believing in the incredible SO I CREATED MY OWN.

I used some of my punches and framelits to create a cute little unicorn!

My girls said it was a lamb at first....haha!

It has a wing, a horn and pretty flowy hair. IS A UNICORN!! 

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I enjoyed making this layout.

The Story

There is a story behind these photos. My girlies shine bright everywhere they go with such different talents and personalities. I am amazed by them and to see Christ shine in them. 

As is my custom I hid my journaling behind one of the photos.

I LOVE doing that. I left a note for them there!
