Stampin'Up! : Storytelling with Project Life

Storytelling with Project Life.

That's the name of the workshop I registered with Ali Edwards last month.

So blessed and inspired to Project Life in such a wonderful way.

As a story.

I am learning, but here is my first week.

I set my theme: The Little Things
I picked a card kit: Memories in the Making
I chose to journal and be intentional in my picture taking. Seven for the week.
The rest is just fun fun.

This week as I planned I focused on the little things.
I chose to SEE the little reminders God was sending me during my day.
Little details that made me happy or bring comfort in a week of discomfort.

I added one of the current FREE Sale-a-bration specialty cards to this pocket.
Project Life is all about filling the pockets. And I did.
This photo above was printed "wrong", but instead of changing it I took advantage. :)

I also included some private journaling, things that only I know.
I made this envelope with one of Paper Pumpkin hearts form our previous kit, January.

Here I went bold. I journaled for two of the days and also added some
inspirational quotes Ali said during her presentations.

"Be mindful. This is your story. These pockets hold the stories you want to tell.
Create your own process. Stop worrying."

Loving it.
For me this is week 8 in the calendar.
You have the freedom of calling it however you want. :)

This cranberry juice has a beautiful story behind it.

Two Sundays ago my friend Bea came to stamp with me (fun!).
While crafting I said ,"Oh, how I would drink a glass of CJ!"
She then said "WHAT?! I was about to bring you some and forgot!"
We laughed out loud.
She then said, "God wanted to pamper you and I FORGOT!"
Not only that happened but after my friend left to go home, she came back
WITH a cranberry juice in her hands. LOL!
I felt so loved, cherished and pampered. I was NOT expecting it at all,
but it came out of her heart, and was truly placed there by the heart of God.
So truly grateful for the little things. I needed this.

More little details…do you have an idea how much my boy wanted this lego set.
Nothing makes me more happy than seeing my children celebrated and content.

In general I used:

I will show you Week #8 on Monday! With more details on this awesome kit.
I just want to use it all.

Creative blessings,

Jess
