My Pumpkin Challenge: Farewell Flowers!

I am not sure if the title of this week's challenge was too clear fore me.

But my inspiration came from another place ( not flowers, sorry!) and I still wanted to share it with you.

At least once a month I like going back to my box of leftovers. Paper Pumpkin has so much is hard to use it all at once.

I have been working on this 2015 project since a couple of month back and I added one more page. Wanna see?

Enjoying my Past Paper Pumpkin kits.

This time I journal inside my card and added several notes to most pictures inside. I stapled my pictures together on top of the cute "party" banners. :)

Wanna a cool tip?

That's what I did here with the chipboard letter from a past kit and the stars from another.

I started this project here if you would like to go see it. Made another update here.
It is a set of Paper Pumpkin cards, envelopes and pockets built into a mini-scrapbook. I am loving the surprise effect. Every month has something different.

I truly enjoy remembering and seeing God's faithfulness through it all.

God is good indeed!

Have a beautiful day and don't forget to join us at
Check out what my talented friends
Heather, Sarah and Boni made this week!

Happy Home Bundle by Stampin'Up!

I still love making cards.

Life flies so quickly. I have found a renewed joy for scrapbooking using the Project Life method. Also, have found using kits from the catalog, paper Pumpkin or Project Life motivates me and I get happy happy with all the embellishments I don't' get to use unless I have that particular kit.

I will show you more kits soon. For the moment being wanted to share a simple card I made and showed during my class last Saturday.

I played for a little bit with this card and LOVED it.
The window framelits has been out there for a while but I am slooow to catch up.

Did you notice the "green grass"? Is actually the top of the tree image on this cool stamp set. Blessed to be able to share with you little ideas here and there.

Together with Ballon Celebration (clouds).

This is the inside of such pretty card.
Gotta love those sweet clouds.

Have a day full of HOPE,

Jessica U.

Say it with Flowers: Week 4

Hello my Pumpkin friends,
Here a bit of inspiration with the February's Paper Pumpkin kit.
There is so much to 'say' with this challenge.

I am currently reading a book called Love & Respect by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs,  it talks wonderfully about marriage.

I so want my marriage to be the best, so I am praying and seeking God more intentionally about it.  I am on my way to growth and I love what the Lord is doing in me, in my husband and my family.
One of my resolutions is BEING way more in the Word about it.
So I created something that for me is very FUNCTIONAL.

So happy to share the idea with you.
I created a set of cards that covers the entire year, so I can write on them Bible verses pertaining to marriage and what God is doing in my heart.

I have been memorizing Scripture already letting my mind dwell in God's perspective about marriage. Mine has been  a BIT wrong at times. Repentance brings beautiful refreshment. That's where I am and I am grateful.
I've been meaning to do this.
I used the Project Life Card Kit Love Story as my base, December (months of the year) and February's beautiful Paper Pumpkin kit as my inspiration and embellishments.

Hope you get inspired!
This could be used for Bible verses as well as favorite quotes, memories, songs, love notes, even photos. This could also serve as a cool gift using Project Life cards. :)

I have chosen to keep my heart in His truth.

This is one of the most beautiful kits I have ever worked with. And I am not done with it!

Check out what my friends made this week.
There is so much in one box lately I have cute leftovers.

I am loving it indeed.

Paper Pumpkin Newest Kit: Pocketful of Cheer

Did you get to see Paper Pumpkin's new kit?

Precious…I got to say PP color schemes are so inspiring…enjoy!

Don't forget to check the video below. :)

It’s our third birthday this month and we wanted to send cake to everyone, but . . . as you can imagine, it was complicated. So, we sent adorable turquoise boxes instead! And did you notice that the box coordinates with the kit inside?
It’s amazing, right? Here are some of our favorite things.
  • The vibrant color combination and cheery patterns
  • Two card and envelope sizes
  • The stamp set works for so many occasions—birthdays, new babies, graduations, and more.
  • And, the pockets are sized for gift cards—making it a quick and easy gift that everyone will love.
It’s the perfect kit to celebrate our third birthday! And since it’s our third birthday, here are three more ideas for your kit.
First, we always love to share an idea using just the supplies in the kit. This card is a combination of the big and small card, and it makes us happy, happy, happy!

Next, here’s an idea that pulls in some other fun Stampin’ Up! products like Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and Gold Foil Sheets. Also, check out the embellished Note Card & Envelope using the patterned paper from the large envelope—so beautiful!

Finally, don’t underestimate the value of the stamp set you get in every kit. You can keep on creating projects just like this cute little card. To create a shortened label, punch the cardstock with your Washi Label Punch one time, then insert one end again to make it shorter.

Get your refill kit here while supplies last. And in case you haven’t heard, we just shipped our one MILLIONTH kit this month! To celebrate, we’re thanking all of our subscribers with a free stamp set inside the April kit. Sign up before April 10 at to get in on the fun!

Click to watch short video on this kit. :)

Come back tomorrow to see some more inspiration with these wonderful kits.

Have a day full of HOPE,

Jessica U.

More Memories in the Making by Project Life: Week 10

I hope you are getting inspired to tell your stories.

I will share some photos today of my week 10 of my stories.

I intend to capture a glimpse of my weeks this year by documenting a bit of every week on my pages using Project Life.

I have loved this particular kit so much that is hard to get away from it.

Memories in the Making Project Life

I find it so useful and happy, and that's where I am right now. Black and Whites are starting to call me, so most likely in the next weeks I will try other PL card kits. :)

It's a good day when...
As you see, I kept one same idea going through the week.
My journaling answered the phrase "It's a good day when…"
I love using what I have and inspiring you to do the same.

Our little stories matter BIG time!
In my home I am Mama Toothfairy…my girly lost a tooth and MT came to the rescue.
I even used a PL card for it, but she wants to keep it so was not able to add it to the album.
Lol! Every time they loose a tooth I place more than money under their pillows.
I truly enjoy being a mom,

Project Life TIP OF THE DAY!

U want to see straight sticker letter words.
Place them on a ruler or card,
as I did below and THEN stick them to the right card or photo.

If you wish to see more info on this particular kit click here to my latest post.

Your story matters...
I hope to inspire someone a bit to tell your story.
Your story matters….I am loving this process. I am learning…to find my voice, to not miss the little details and to be thankful about them. Is not so much about the photos, and stories as it is to remember and be thankful. When lies come against me, I can look back and see how God's faithfully has been so beautiful to me and those i love.

Thanks for visiting today and leaving me your love with your comments below.

Are you telling your story?

I am grateful you stop by.

Project Life Week 9: Memories in the Making Kit

One of my favorite Card Kits of all times is definitely Memories in the Making.

I started a Storytelling Class last month that has inspired and helped me get organized to do my Memory keeping easier.

What do you think of this awesome Project Life kit?

I also got to use some of the gold transparency cards that came with the Specialty Kit, which you can get for free only through Sale-a-bration time.
Ends March 31st.

Gotta say is perfect!

I love that square card on the right, because this week I paid attention to the PLACES
I usually go and the unexpected ones. The places I dwell or pass by and what they mean to me.  Each place is important: Church on Sunday, Trot early Monday morning…etc.

For my days of the week half-ovals I used the

I added my week number stickers right onto the transparency card with the gold heart.
The lighter background is another 4 x 6 card from the kit.

Here I added one of my favorite stamp sets from the Occasions Catalog:

I truly loved using these little arrows…they are raised and bright and they stick.
Love the embellishments that come with this accessories kit.

Some more gold stickers embellishments I used on this pic of my big girl.
The Memories in the Making stamp set is fun too! (happy banner)

These precious kits could also be used to make cards!
