MDS Honoring Husbands

Today I'l share with you a simple page I made for my husband's album I think he will like to see these pictures down the road. He is truly my girl's prince as they are his princesses. I love to be a witness of this beautiful relationship. May God bless him as a man of God he is and as a daddy to my children. I am grateful.

Hoy les comparto una pagina simple que hice para el album de mi esposo, yo creo que le va a gustar ver estas fotitos con el tiempo. El es realmente el principe de mis ninas y ellas sus princesitas. Me encanta ver estas relaciones desarrollarse y ser testigo del amor entre ellos. Que Dios lo bendiga como hombre de El que es y como papa. Estoy agradecida.

So what's new with Stampin'Up!

Fabulous You in August

Good day my stamping friends,

I indeed have many fabulous people in my life. Especially ladies! I thank God for women who lift me up, tolerate me on my weakest moments and celebrate me on my highest. To some of these I sent a card this month as a thank you note for their support in my Stampin'Up! dream. It has not been easy to take the business route especially when I've never felt as a business woman. But, I'm learning and my God always places encouraging women by my side to motivate me when I just wanna quit ;)

To all these brave women…thanks!

Ciertamente tengo muchas gente fabulosa en mi vida. Especialmente mujeres! Doy gracias a Dios por mujeres que me levantan, me toleran en mis bajas y me celebran en mis altas. A algunas de estas les envíe una tarjetita esta semana agradeciéndoles por su apoyo en este mi sueno de Stampin'Up! No ha sido fácil tomar la ruta de negocios especialmente cuando nunca me he sentido una persona de negocios. Mas estoy aprendiendo y mi Dios siempre me motiva a no rendirme por medio de mujeres que pone a mi lado. 

A todas estas mujeres valientes…gracias!

It is a simple card I cased from the Stampin'Up! 2013 catalog. I added my own pizzaz and colors (since I gotta have orange) and sent them before I left on vacation. I would not be where I am without them. Starting in a new state is not easy…so today more than ever I am grateful to have them and pray God gives me a new group of stamping pals soon. I am missing my ladies A LOT!!!

Es una simple tarjetita que copie del catalogo 2013-2014 de Stampin'Up! Le anadi mi propio diseno y colores (es que hay que tener anaranjado) y las envie antes de irme de vacacion. No estaria donde estoy si no fuese por ellas. Comenzar en un nuevo estado no es fácil….por lo que hoy mas que nunca estoy agradecida de tenerlas en mi vida. Espero Dios me dote de un grupo tan bello de amigas que les guste estampar acá en mi nuevo lugar, pues ando extrañando MUCHO a mis amigas.

Today I would like to introduce my new Guest Designer, Sweet Sarah! She has become a sister to me in such a short period of time. I am glad to know this friend and artist. She doesn't only stamps but sews,  hosts, cooks and homeschool several children. I am in awe of her strength and today I cherish her. Be blessed by her inspiring work. No solo usa sus sellos, también cose, entretiene, cocina y hace escuela en el hogar a varios niñitos. Estoy maravillada de su fuerza y hoy la celebro. Se inspirada por su talento. I've been playing a bit with my picture presentation using MDS. I just think this beautiful art deserves a beautiful frame. What do you think of Sarah' art?

He estado jugando un poquito con la presentacion de mis fotos usando MDS. Yo pienso que tal hermoso arte merece un hermoso marco. Que le parece el arte de Sarah?

I love the idea of putting the ribbon in between two tags. This is one of my favorite stamp sets ever and I love how she watercolored the surroundings. Lovely job my sweet friend. I am blessed to see this.

Me fascina la idea de poner cinta entre medio de dos etiquetas. Este set de sellos es uno de mis favoritos siempre y me encanto como coloreo con agua los alrededores de las flores. Soy bendecida al ver esto, hermoso trabajo Sarah!

Great Ideas with My Paper Pumpkin

Banners are in! Why not a card?
I wanted to do something different for this month's challenge at My Pumpkin Challenge- All Goes.
I cut a banner card with my Stampin'Up! trimmer :D and I loved it. This one is for a cool friend. She acts as if she has nothing to do when I ask her a favor, Oh my! But I know she is busy. Thanks dear CD for all you do.

Quise hacer alguito diferente para el reto de My Pumpkin Challenge así que cree una tarjeta en forma de banderin. :) Esta es para una amiga muy amada. Actua como si no tuviera nada que hacer cuando le pido un favor mientras se que anda super ocupada. Gracias CD, eres única!

MDS Honoring Husbands- Honor means

My Digital Studio is a wonderful creative program. Im out of town but so much I can create with MDS.

Still meditating and studying about honor decided to do a page for my Husband's album with the word honor. To my pleasant surprise my pastor spoke about honor this Sunday at service...

Some of his words are still in my heart and this art.

Mi Estudio Digital es un programa excelente para crear. Ando fuera de la casa y aun asi pude crear tanto. Aun meditando y estudiando la honra decidí hacer esta paginita para el album de mi esposo con la palabra honra/honor. Para mi agradable sorpresa mi pastor hablo del honor en el servicio del domingo. Algunas de sus palabras quedaron en mi corazon y en este arte.

I invite you to honor your husband with me in different ways. Scrapbook about him, honor one of his request, make him a dessert or simply spend time with him. Then journal about it and share it HERE! It is time to rise and bring honor high in our homes. We choose to celebrate their strength and cover his weaknesses with grace.

I am the Toothfairy! (Toothfairy Pocket)

A week ago one of my beautiful daughters lost her second tooth. When it was in the process of falling I knew I needed to think of something. Leaving money under her pillow is fun...but is kind of...eeeh...empty. Lol! My kids know I AM THE TOOTHFAIRY. My daughter reminded me of her tooth before I went to bed clarly stating "Don't forget!". Ha!
Hace una semanita una de mis bellas ninas perdio un dientito. Su segundo! Cuando estaba en el proceso de caerse sabia que queria hacerle algo especial. Dejarle dinerito debajo de la almohada es divertido...pero es bueno un poco...vacio! Jaja! Mis ninos saben que en nuestra casita YO SOY LA ADA MADRINA DE DIENTES. Mi hija me recordo antes de acostorme a dormir que no se me olvidara dejarle su sorpresita. Ja!

 

Here is my little pocket I made with the Apothecary Framelits. It was simple but it definitely got a 10 score with my daughter. Two pieces of gum, 2 dollars (I used to get quarters!:O) a little card and a monogramed bookmark completed the gift. What do you do when your kids loose a tooth? I love to taking the opportunity to cherish them and let them know I really care about the little details in their lives. I am blessed to have them and truly they are growing too fast!!

Aqui esta mi pequeno bolsillito que hice con los troqueles de Apotecario. Fue simple pero me gane un diez con mi chiquilla. Dos piezas de chicle, 2 dolares (A mi me daban pesetas!), una pequena tarjetita y un marcador para libro con su monograma. Que haces tu cuando se le cae un dientillo a tu nino? Me encanta aprovechar la oportunidad para dejarle saber a mis ninitos que los disfruto y valoro. Crecen muy rapido!!

I had to play with a couple of new Apps I got on my Iphone. Yikes! Technology is so tempting. Ha! I won't indulge on it every time, but for a sweet gift like this I thought I would play a bit.
Tenia que jugar con unos apps bien chulos nuevos que puse en mi telefono. Chipas! Que chuleria, la tecnologia es tentadora. No podre hacerlo por ahora todo el tiempo pero para este dulce regalito funciona. :)

Guest Designer: Loving Jess

I have been blessed with a group of amazing friends. I moved recently from my loving Texas but part of my heart stayed there with my stamping friends. Today I introduce you to my Loving Jess! She is just amazing in so many ways and since I moved has been an incredible motivator. She just has a gift to create! Yeap...SERIOUSLY create! She has been posting so many cool cards, scrapbook pages and more. I'm overjoyed!

Yo he sido muy bendecida con un grupo de maravillosas amigas. Recientemente me movi de mi amado Texas, mas parte de mi corazon se quedo alli con mis amigas de stamping. Hoy les quiero presentar a mi Amada Jess! Ella es simplemente maravillosa en tantas maneras y desde que me movi ha sido de gran motivacion para mi. Tiene un talento para crear...SERIAMENTE crear! Ha estado posteando tantas tarjetas, paginas de scrapbooking y mas. Estoy feliz!

So what do I like the most about Loving Jess? Her attention to detail.

 In the first card,did you see the embossed little heart? Loved it...white embossing. On this card her focus was the washi tape. Can you see it? Is beautiful, she mixed it with a strip of DSP. Great idea!

Bueno, y que es lo mas que me gusta de las creaciones de Jess? Su atencion a los detallitos.

En la primera tarjeta. viste el corazoncito en repujado blanco? Bello! Y en esta ultima, viste el washi tape? Muy bonito junto a una raya de papel de disenador.
