I am back from a peaceful Christmas break visiting family and receiving family at home as well. I hope you had some days off to reflect on the end of the year and your expectations for the next. God has good plans!

I started by seeking God and simply beholding His beauty in worship, followed by a workout, breakfast and time stamping with my friends on Youtube and Facebook in my usual Monday LIVE at 1PM ET.
