DIY Heart Shaped Box
Have you ever tried to make a heart shaped box yourself? Hmm...me neither! But I gave it a try and it turned out pretty good.
Inspired by the Kisses and Hugs Paper Pumpkin January 2022 Kit I decided to make a gift for my hubby for Valentine's Day.
I created an easy mini album using the heart shaped accordion cards that came in the kit and the beautiful extras. I will share more pics of it on my next post here (in process).
It may look like a lot of work but it is actually simple to make.
You need strong cardstock or cardboard. I used the one that backs the Designer Series Paper Stampin'Up! sells. You will need scissors as well, good glue and whatever you wish to embellish.
This is the back of my box. I actually placed a piece of tear n tape to hold the ribbon in position after I was pleased with where it would end. So yes, under that ribbon there is a strip of tape.
This is how it looks prior to opening it. I so hope he likes it.
