I woke early, jumped out of bed motivated to start my GNO challenge.

Do you ever challenge yourself to get more out of life?
Do you ever try new things?
Break the status quo today!
As I am starting a new 6-week challenge to get even better on my health and strength
I ALSO want to challenge myself to GROW in other areas!
LISTEN my friend,
You've been given a MUSCLE!
But if you don't exercise your MUSCLE (your gift, your talent, your ability) and stretch it beyond your comfort zone,
growth won't happen.
Start this day with goals in mind, with eyes fixed on Heaven and the certainty that when you try new things THINGS HAPPEN!
DON'T BE AFRAID.
DON'T HIDE.
YOU WERE MEANT TO SHINE!
