Stamp a Blessing: Resist Embossing and a cute Baby card

INSPIRATION

Stamp set: Friends & Flowers (retirING)
If you know me, I am not much into making baby cards BUT THIS ONE
I created and enjoyed making it. Yay! I also add some glitter with the Wink of Stella Clear.

Stamp set: One Big Meaning
Stamp set: Garden in Bloom
Techniques: Resist Embossing

This card was a CASE (Copy All Share Everything) from the Stampin' Success magazine
all demonstrators receive.

INSTRUCTIONS
for resist embossing

Step 1: Stamp the flowers from Garden in Bloom with Versamark Ink

Step 2: Cover with clear embossing powder and then heat with Heat Tool.

Step 3: Starting on the bottom sponge the colors Rich Razzleberry, Calypso Coral and Blushing Bride.

Step 4: Repeat steps for the extra flowers and cut by hand.

TIP TIP: I added my twine with regular tape to the center of my card, then added the label with stampin' dimensionals.

A note to self

"Let us not become weary in doing what is good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
Galatians 6:9

Encourage yourselves today…Be strong, Be faithful, Be like the Son.
In everything praise Him! Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.

No one else loves you as perfectly as He does.

Have a blessed weekend!

My Paper Pumpkin: Pockets Full of Surprises Challenge

Good morning everyone,

Here sharing my last creation with our wonderful Paper Pumpkin kits.
I have a friend who had a surgery and is home recovering. I thought I could send her a little package with some prayers and a little gift.

I used one of Stampin'Up! kraft bags to create an extra pocket for this Get Well message.

Some of my past Paper Pumpkin helped create the front of my card.

Inside the card I added the little pocket with a gift card.
Truly hope she likes it and recovers quickly.

Check what my beautiful friends at My Pumpkin Challenge shared today.
I have been diligently working with classes and Project Life, will bring you more ideas here soon. Running with a busy bee agenda.

Love you all! God is good!

Time to Breathe and Stamp

On my last class in April we had so much fun. Offering some time to breathe to my friends is of utmost priority to me. I know I have been called to do this so it blesses me to share times of crafty fun to others. THIS is why I do classes. Is a time to relax, breathe and count our blessings.

We completed 10-20 cards on different occasions.

I truly enjoyed this time and type of class.

Gotta love the laughter we share, the beautiful gifts I received, and even when I loose some stamps (the heart)….there is hope! (I found it!)

Their smiles, their talent, their positive disposition to learn and try new things blesses me more than I can explain.

So I showed them this card inspired by StampinPro,

then I gave the option of doing it without sponging color,

Then they got creative….
I did make a pretty card with this framelit…
but they just HAD to make it better. :)

Anna and Faith…you rock!

Then my friend Anna Bluhm decided to inspire me a ton and brought many cards absolutely amazing that she made lately,
Check them out!

Aren't these the cutest ideas ever!

One more reason I LOVE creative friends. Thanks sweet ladies! :)

Thanks for stopping by!

My Pumpkin Challenge: Pockets Just for You

My Pumpkin Challenge is sharing great ideas every Wednesday with the Paper Pumpkin kits by Stampin'Up!

Here is my submission for this week.

I thought," These little pockets are wonderful! Let's just add a bit of happy to it with some punched ballons."

Hope you like it and get inspired!

For this project I used the Ballon celebration stamp set and ballon punch
Isn't that twine the best?!

The tiny sentiment came from the Banner Banter stamp set
is just perfectly small to place inside those tiny circle tags. :)

Check what my beautiful friends at My Pumpkin Challenge shared today.

Love you all! God is good!

Love it.
I gotta say I enjoy being part of this challenge so much.

These amazing ladies keep me on my toes every week making beauty for you and others using My Paper Pumpkin wonderful kits. You can visit My Pumpkin Challenge's April Challenge here!

Are you getting yours already?
If you haven't, this is the perfect time. BECAUSE in our next box (May's kit) you won't receive only the kit as usual, but also a special gift. A totally special stamp set as Paper Pumpkin celebrates 3 years since they started. Get more info here!

How awesome is that?!

You have till the 10th of this month to join (and get this month's kit). Don't skip this one if you are already subscribed. I cannot wait to see my new kit.

Check out how beautiful April's is on the video below.

And since our challenge this month is all about creating pockets.
What about a pocket you can take with you wherever you go?

I embellished one of the envelopes that came with the kit to place inside my purse or Bible.
I love having notes WITH ME to bless others on the way and share words of grace.
Do you do this too?

I placed a velcro oval on the opening to keep secure and filled with simple cards made with retired Designer Series paper and a bit of stamping.

I've been wanting to do this idea for a while.
Hope you get encouraged to carry a pocket of gracious words, good words, encouraging. Share them, gift them…get out of your comfort zone and give healing words to others.
The waiter, the mail woman, the teller at the bank… the police officer, your boss.

Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.
Proverbs 16:24

Join us this month…get creative and share with us At My Pumpkin Challenge
Would love to see what you are making.

Leave me your love with your comments below. It blesses me tons!

In His love,

Jessica U.
