Making Memories Project Life & Paper Pumpkin

I have been so inspired to create this month, thou time sometimes it's scarce. I am slowly finding time to clean, organize, declutter….that is also part of creating. Creating a beautiful home. it is THAT month of the year when you suddenly dream of having SPACE. LOL!

Well, I am making more space for God, for rest, and for the people and things I've been called to.

It is the beginning of a new year…and when I saw this kit I knew it was perfect for keeping the memories.

Melissa Michaels, from the Inspired Room said, "Creating a home that brings joy and happiness requires surrounding ourselves with layers of memories and reminders of blessings".

I want to keep meditating on the blessings. The beginning of this year was indeed a good beginning. Spending time with family we love and don't get to see often. 

Seeing our children laugh with their cousins and love their grandparents (aunties too!) gave me such satisfaction. 

Having time to pray and embrace my husband with a clear perspective, what a joy.

Yes….it is time to start a full year of fun. Let me show you how I used Paper Pumpkin in my memory keeping. 

Yes….I added a few pictures of my January and lOVED being able to use My Paper Pumpkin kit for it. The little gold banner and january wreath were perfect. 

I then added a couple of items from the Making Memories Project Life kit  The stamp for "Good things are going to happen" came form You've got this stamp set. 

The cute gold overlay came from the Sale-a-bration brochure. Memories in the Making Specialty Card Collection. All the cards are so pretty!

This was on New Year's eve. What a good way to end my year, enjoying some laughs with my blessing and love, my handsome husband.

You may be surprised to see HOW my page actually started. I created the whole page and THEN chose my pictures. It was so much easier this way. Loved the process.

I EVEN started my page for February…I can't wait to have some memories to place here. I will keep you posted. It is nice to keep a few snapshots of the month for sure.
