Loving Challenges CCMC235 & HSSSC151

Hello!
I'm getting real good at this. Challenges! I have never been competitive at all. (I'm still not this is just for fun.) Passionate? Yes! Determined? Yes! But competitive, nah! I used to lead a dance team inthe past and it was my custom to remind them the three 'C'. Do not compete, do not compare, do not complain. Lol! That really helped me...I still love dancing. So I re-started some dancing at Christ in the Arts Ballet School a few weeks ago. What a refreshment!

Let me share with you two cute Valentine cards I made to participate in two different challenges.
First Challenge, HSSSC151 from http://www.handstampedsentiments.blogspot.com/ which last until January 28th, so go ahead and try it. Is fun!
Check the other samples HERE! Love this site.

Materials in both cards:
Stamp: Happy Valentines Heart; CS: Razzleberry Ripple, Early Expresso; DSP: More Amore (in Spring Catalog); Ink Pads: Primrose Petals (top heart), Early Expresso and Primrose Petals (bottom); Tools:Finishing Touhces Edgelits (top), Corner Rounder punch (bottom); Embellishments: Basic Jewels Rhinestones and 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon in E.Expresso (top), Antique brad, 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon in E.Expresso and 5/8" Crochet Trim (bottom).

Second, I truly loved the sketch CCMC235 from http://www.createwithconnieandmary.com/
This one ends today Wednesday January 23rd...so we should go check the new one.
Go HERE to see the other renditions of this wonderful sketch.

Which one do you like the best? Will you try one? Time is in your hands. Be a good steward of it. I love to think my God delights in seeing me create...I am the daughter of my Father. :)

Rest,

love that you are dancing. I cannot dance. When I try I look so redocilous and more like someone putting high voltage into my legs and this is something that no one wants to see :o)

  8. I love both cards too! They're both really nicely done, I like the crisscross ribbon on the first. And what a poignant thought, that God loves to see us create. I totally agree, and that's the nicest thought I've had all day! Thanks so much for playing at HSS :). Erika
