2013 Crafting Goals

Hello my dear ones!

Let me share with you some of my crafting "resolutions". A New Year always comes with the excitement of starting again, of doing it better, of changing what is not working and with the beautiful word OPPORTUNITIES or even better than that one, POSSIBILITIES.

Life is full of possibilities, and for that I am grateful. So what do I need to get better at...

#1. Sending my cards away. Birthdays come and go at times and I forget (sorry!). Yeah, I'm not that good at it, but that's goal number 1. :)

#2. Simple is good. Simple cards I can mail easy. A postage stamp and done. (Ok, that's going to be a hard one with all the beautiful and bulky embellishments I just got from my dear UPS person yesterday night. Yeap! Got my box...can't wait to start playing. And since Im talking simple. Let me show you a couple cards I made with the New Fancy Friends Kit. I love this set. Is wonderful! Look! The one in front includes everything that the kit comes with...stamp, two ink spots, flowers, rhinestones and a sentiment. The one in the back I added a button that coordinates with the Old Olive color. Like it?

#3 Establish "office" hours. Yeap, need a bit more boundaries in my life. Otherwise, no one would do the laundry, cooking or cleaning because the lady of the house was just making cute cards :P

#4. Print my fave pictures AND scrapbook them. Helloooo! Anyone here with me...yeap I get many ideas but give little time to put them together. So you will see!

#5. Do more Stampin'Videos. Oooh, I so love stamping, so why not connect with you through Youtube more often?

There you have it! I condensed my great crafty goals for the year in one post. Anyone with me on these? Surely, I didn't share my BIGGER goals, for healthy eating, reading my Bible DAILY, making healthier food choices and yeap! Add a little more dazzle to life with exercise. Ha! My agenda is full but with God's help I can do it!

Ok, so this is an open invitation to join me on my crafty goals, any takers? Hope to hear from you!!

In the meantime check out this beautiful stamping kit.
Is way wonderful for birthday gifts, Thinking of You gifts,Valentine's day and more. Any crafty person would fall in love with it, I did!

  1. Hi my dear friend, oh I can relate so much to your new years resolutions. I am such a bad birthday card sender. I am always fashonalbe late :o). Can´t wait to see your scrapbooking stuff. I am sure the layouts will be as beautful as your cards! I hope I can find the time to be creative like I am at the moment during the rest of the year, send more cards ( not only birthday and christmas cards) read more, do more Yoga and I don´t worry that much anymore. I am sure that everything happens for a reason and when I listen to my heart everything will turn out right. I guess that seems to be enough for one year, isn´t it?
    Have a wonderful weekend
    Love
