Paper Pumpkin: Pockets Full of Surprises

Love it.
I gotta say I enjoy being part of this challenge so much.

These amazing ladies keep me on my toes every week making beauty for you and others using My Paper Pumpkin wonderful kits. You can visit My Pumpkin Challenge's April Challenge here!

Are you getting yours already?
If you haven't, this is the perfect time. BECAUSE in our next box (May's kit) you won't receive only the kit as usual, but also a special gift. A totally special stamp set as Paper Pumpkin celebrates 3 years since they started. Get more info here!

How awesome is that?!

You have till the 10th of this month to join (and get this month's kit). Don't skip this one if you are already subscribed. I cannot wait to see my new kit.

Check out how beautiful April's is on the video below.

And since our challenge this month is all about creating pockets.
What about a pocket you can take with you wherever you go?

I embellished one of the envelopes that came with the kit to place inside my purse or Bible.
I love having notes WITH ME to bless others on the way and share words of grace.
Do you do this too?

I placed a velcro oval on the opening to keep secure and filled with simple cards made with retired Designer Series paper and a bit of stamping.

I've been wanting to do this idea for a while.
Hope you get encouraged to carry a pocket of gracious words, good words, encouraging. Share them, gift them…get out of your comfort zone and give healing words to others.
The waiter, the mail woman, the teller at the bank… the police officer, your boss.

Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.
Proverbs 16:24

Join us this month…get creative and share with us At My Pumpkin Challenge
Would love to see what you are making.

Leave me your love with your comments below. It blesses me tons!

In His love,

Jessica U.

  1. Now at the end of April I am just reading this post ~ what a great idea! May I use it with my 'blessings' stampers at my church? I was trying to figure out which flower punch or stamp that was on the front cirsle ...

    1. Hi Margaret! Casing a project is the best compliment!! The flower is from the past Paper Pumpkin kit Blissful Bouquet from October 2016 and the big leaves are from the Apple of my Eye stamp in the Occasions catalog. Hope you have lots of fun making these. XOXO! Jess
