Happy Birthday Sweet CD! (picture tutorial)

Today is one of my demo best friends birthday and what a joy to have her in my life. A few days ago I sent her this card that I carefully made on fall colors and was hoping she really liked. Well, she did! I know 'cause she called mee!! So excited she liked it. Here it is, hope you like it too. I found inspiration for my paper flower from another demo who made a fabric flower some time ago and I kept her blog on file. So glad I did, I so wanted to try this with paper...I think it worked. Thanks Nancy Ferbs for the inspiration, yours turned out lovely! Check her fabric idea HERE.

Stamp set: Wonderfall from the new Holiday Mini catalog
Designer Series Paper:    CS: Pumpkin Pie (orange), Basic Black, Whisper White

Yo use SNAIL ADHESIVE a principio

Listo!

Enjoy your beautiful flower and many blessings! Leave me your love with your comments and come back to see the box I made for this cute card for my friend.
Que disfrute haciendo florecitas! Dejeme su amor con sus comentarios y regrese manana para ver la cajita que le hice a mi amiga para con su tarjetita. Bendicion!

Dare to dream

Hello dear ones...I am running this week from one thing to another but do not want to forget you all! I Hope you are getting inspired to keep working on your projects and never stop doing what you love doing.  If you received a talent put it to good use and especially to bring  heavenly blessing to others. A friend shared a thought today with me: "What you have is either an idol or a tool, use what you have for good" (or something like that:). I desire to use my talent to bring glory (beauty) to the King of kings and embellish my world with His presence, which is abundance of joy.

One of my mottos in life: Dream BIG, Train HARD, Trust GOD!

This card is my creation. DRESS UP is our featured stamp set of September on RememberJ. blogspot.com
Here I used the wonderful Simply Scored tool to make the different scored lines with our Stampin' Up Diagonal Plate.
I used the Apothecary Labels framelits and a square of dsp behind it to make the top layers. Sentiment comes from Loving thoughts (gotta love this font), and I just could NOT use only one pearl. :-) Hope you like it!

Stamp sets: Betsy's Blossom wheel(flowers), Kindness Matters (butterflies) and Blessings from Heaven(sentiment)
This (above) is called Triple Stamping technique

A cute birthday card for a two little boys I love on their birthday. Got this idea from another demonstrator. Her name is LeAnne Pugliese, I found her sample at Stampin Connection some time ago. HERE is the link to her sample. She used buttons, I decided to use cheerios.
Stamp set: I dig you
Thanks Cricket for letting me borrow your fun stamp set! Love you friend!

This is all for today folks, having Club tomorrow Friday so super productive right now.
Blessings little ones!

Stampin' Up! Mini Milk Carton Box Tutorial

Good day everyone!
Here is the pretty Jewelry box I was inspired to make a while back by another talented demo, Kay Sha.
You can see her version HERE!
I made a tutorial for you, hope you enjoy it and have fun making many of these.
I used one of these to top my paper cake HERE.
The box I posted Sept 4th was made for jewelry. See picture below.
Tell me what you think and get your Mini milk carton die out. Today is a good day to create! Rejoice!

Two pieces of 5 1/2" x 5" works well too.

To decorate the box like the one below to the right- Cut dsp of choice a 10 1/4" x 1" band and adhere after measuring around your box on the bottom from each end. Do not adhere to the box. Then cut  6 rectangles out of the First Edition dsp at 1 3/4" x 1 3/8" and stamp in Primrose Petals with the images from Dress Up stamp set. Glue to the side panels of your box. To make my flower I punch about 6-9 (can't remember) scallop circles, poke in the middle and thread a black Glimmer brad, spritz with water and scrunch. See flower tutorial here. I then made a knot on top of my belly band with the Crochetted ribbon from Stampin'Up! and glued my flower with sticky strip to each side of the belly band. That way you can open and close your box again with nooo problem.

Hope you enjoy this tutorial! Leave me your love with your comments and God bless your weekend!
